Every commission begins with a form submission. This helps establish alignment — not just in terms of scale and budget, but in vision. I’m really only interested in working with people who feel connected to the philosophy behind the work.

Direction + Design

While I lead the creative direction, each project is shaped through dialogue and collaboration.

This is the phase where we go over your submission, talk about your inspirations and really dial in the over all vision for your project. We will go over things like sizing, materials, composition, finishes, surrounding architecture and the overall role the piece will play in daily life.
Concept development may include sketches, reference imagery, and material samples. In select cases, digital renders can be arranged if the project calls for it.

Commitment

Once direction is established, a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your project and allows materials to be sourced. The remaining balance is due prior to completion.

Fabrication

Each piece is built slowly and intentionally within a 6–10 week process, which may be shorter or longer depending on the nature of the work. I work primarily with natural and reclaimed materials, embracing their character rather than forcing uniformity, which means no two commissions will ever be exactly alike.

Delivery + Installation

For locations within a 100‑mile radius of Louisville, I offer personal delivery and placement at no additional charge. For destinations beyond that range, commissions are delivered through trusted third‑party specialists using blanket‑wrapped, white‑glove service to ensure your piece arrives safely and with care.
